3.3 One Account Per Person. Each individual may register and maintain only one myr88 account. Registration of multiple accounts by the same individual, or on behalf of a third party, is prohibited. myr88 reserves the right to close duplicate accounts and void associated winnings without prior notice.
3.4 Accurate Information. You agree to provide truthful and accurate information during registration. Providing false details, including a false date of birth, is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.
3.5 Self-Exclusion. Individuals who have self-excluded from myr88 or any other gaming platform are prohibited from registering a new account during their exclusion period. Attempting to circumvent a self-exclusion is a breach of these Terms.
4.1 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your myr88 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. myr88 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to protect your credentials.

4.3 Account Accuracy. You are responsible for ensuring that the personal and payment information held on your myr88 account is accurate and kept up to date. myr88 is not responsible for failed transactions resulting from outdated account information provided by the Player.
4.4 Dormant Accounts. An account that has been inactive for a period of 12 consecutive months with no login activity may be classified as dormant. myr88 reserves the right to apply a monthly dormancy administration fee to dormant accounts, as specified in the applicable fee schedule. Players will be notified prior to dormancy fees being applied where reasonably practicable.
5.1 Currency. All transactions on the myr88 Platform are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). myr88 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies directly — any currency conversion is the Player's responsibility and may incur third-party fees.
5.2 Accepted Payment Methods. myr88 accepts deposits and withdrawals via the payment methods displayed in the cashier section at the time of transaction, which may include Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank, Hong Leong Connect, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, and DuitNow. Accepted methods may change without advance notice.
5.3 Minimum and Maximum Transactions. Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are as specified in the cashier section and may vary by payment method. myr88 reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time.
5.4 Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawal requests will only be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, where technically feasible. All withdrawals are subject to identity verification. myr88 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal request.
5.5 No Third-Party Payments. Players may not deposit funds from accounts or payment instruments that are not registered in their own name. myr88 reserves the right to return deposits to the originating payment method and close accounts found to be using third-party payment instruments.
Note: Withdrawals are processed in the order received. Processing times vary by payment method. myr88 targets same-day processing for verified accounts using e-wallet methods such as Touch 'n Go eWallet and DuitNow, though actual settlement times may vary depending on the payment provider.
6.1 General. myr88 offers bonuses, free bets, cashback, and other promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time. Each promotion is subject to specific terms, including wagering requirements, time limits, minimum odds or stake conditions, and game restrictions, which are published alongside the relevant promotion.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless stated otherwise, bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they become eligible for withdrawal. Real Money Balance is used before Bonus Funds in all wager calculations unless the Platform specifies otherwise for a particular promotion.
6.3 One Bonus Per Promotion. Unless explicitly stated in the promotion terms, each Player is entitled to claim each promotion once. Claiming a promotion through multiple accounts or via third parties is prohibited and constitutes a breach of these Terms.
6.4 Abuse of Promotions. myr88 reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim any bonus or associated winnings if myr88 has reasonable grounds to believe that a Player has abused the promotion system, including through matched betting, bonus exploitation, or coordinated play with other accounts.
6.5 Amendment and Withdrawal. myr88 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Promotions are offered at the sole discretion of myr88.
7.1 Game Rules. Each game available on the myr88 Platform is governed by specific rules displayed within the game interface. Players are responsible for reading and understanding the rules of any game before placing a wager. By placing a wager, the Player confirms acceptance of the relevant game rules.
7.2 Malfunctions. In the event of a game malfunction, software error, or system failure during a game round, myr88 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the Player's stake. myr88 will not be liable for any loss of anticipated winnings resulting from a technical malfunction.
7.3 Disconnections. myr88 is not responsible for bets lost or game rounds interrupted due to a Player's internet connection failure. Where a game is interrupted due to a server-side issue on the myr88 Platform, the Player's stake will be returned.
7.4 Sports Betting. Sports betting outcomes are determined by the result of the relevant event according to the official governing body or, where no official result is available, at myr88's reasonable discretion. myr88 reserves the right to suspend markets, void bets, or amend odds where there is evidence of irregular betting patterns, factual error in the market, or violation of myr88's trading rules.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the myr88 Platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may be referred to the relevant authorities:

All content on the myr88 Platform — including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, text, logos, trademarks, and audio-visual material — is the intellectual property of myr88 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any myr88 content without the prior written consent of myr88.
The myr88 brand name, logo, and all associated trade marks are the exclusive property of myr88. Unauthorised use of myr88's trade marks or brand identity is prohibited and may constitute an infringement of myr88's rights.
10.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, myr88 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the myr88 Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
10.2 myr88's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their myr88 account in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.3 myr88 does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or uninterrupted. Scheduled maintenance, unplanned outages, or third-party provider failures may temporarily affect Platform availability. myr88 will use commercially reasonable efforts to restore availability promptly.
10.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit myr88's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

12.1 Closure by Player. Players may request account closure at any time by contacting myr88 support. Pending wagering requirements on bonus funds will be forfeited upon account closure. Real Money Balance will be returned to the Player subject to identity verification and standard withdrawal processing.
12.2 Suspension by myr88. myr88 reserves the right to suspend or close any Player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the event of a breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete identity verification, or any other reason that myr88 deems necessary to protect the integrity of the Platform.
12.3 Balance on Closure. Where an account is closed due to Player breach of these Terms, myr88 reserves the right to forfeit any Real Money Balance in the account where such balance is connected to prohibited activity or has been obtained in violation of these Terms. In all other cases of closure by myr88, Real Money Balance will be returned to the Player.
myr88 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference. myr88 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to Players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform prior to taking effect, where reasonably practicable. 15.3 Formal Disputes. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the applicable governing jurisdiction. Players retain the right to refer unresolved disputes to the relevant licensing authority's dispute resolution process.
15.4 Player Responsibility. Malaysian players acknowledge that online gaming may be subject to regulatory restrictions under Malaysian law, including the Common Gaming Houses Act 1953 and related legislation.
